Experienced carpenter / interior builder
To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Interior Builder. We build a variety of stands for various companies throughout Europe, with most of our projects in Germany. The stands are prepared in our workshop in Almelo, after which they are assembled on-site and finished to perfection.
Job description
As a Carpenter, you'll play a crucial role in the preparation and assembly of the stands. This begins with thorough preparation in our workshop, where you'll work independently. You'll produce various stand components such as counters, cabinets, and tables based on drawings, or you'll carry out repairs on existing components. On-site, you'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth construction and dismantling of the stand. You're solution-oriented and tackle unexpected challenges together with your colleagues. Teamwork is our priority! Because you'll work both in the workshop and on-site, both domestically and internationally, the role is highly varied and dynamic. You'll regularly visit new (and eventually familiar) locations, which requires flexibility. During busy periods, you'll often be away from home for several nights. This also gives you the opportunity to enjoy an extended summer vacation.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Carpenter.
- Able to read drawings and determine the method of execution.
- Flexible and willing to travel for jobs abroad.
- Solution-oriented, stress-resistant and a real team player.
- Preferably in possession of a category B driving license.
- You like hard work, but also fun and enjoyment!
