Experienced carpenter / interior builder
To expand our team we are looking for an experienced carpenter / interior builder. For various companies we build up a variety of stands throughout Europe, with the most assignments in Germany. The stands are prepared in our workshop in Almelo, after which they are built on location and finished to perfection.
Job description
As a carpenter you play a crucial role in the preparation and assembly of the stands. This starts with a thorough preparation in our workshop, where you work a lot independently. You produce various standing parts such as counters, cupboards and tables based on drawings, or you carry out repair work on existing parts. On location you work together with colleagues to make the structure and reduction of the stand run smoothly. You work solution -oriented and tackle unexpected challenges with your colleagues. Teamwork is paramount with us! Because you work in both the workplace and on location, at home and abroad, the function is very varied and dynamic. You regularly come to new (and over time also known places), which requires flexibility. During busy periods you are often a few nights of home. On the other hand, this offers you the opportunity to enjoy an extra long holiday in the summer.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a carpenter.
- Able to read drawings and determine the implementation method.
- Flexible and willing to also travel abroad for jobs.
- Solution -oriented, stress resistant and a real team player.
- Preferably in possession of driving license B.
- You like hard work, but also fun and pleasure!
